Glowco Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Glowco Affiliate Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program. By signing up, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

• Glowco reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Enrollment

• To join, you must complete the sign-up form truthfully and accurately.

• Upon approval, you will be granted access to affiliate resources including tracking links and your affiliate dashboard.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Glowco products in a lawful, ethical, and honest manner.

• Use only approved brand assets and messaging provided by Glowco, unless otherwise authorized.

• Not engage in spam, misleading claims, coupon/discount abuse, paid search bidding on Glowco brand terms, or any activity that could harm Glowco’s reputation.

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines or any applicable local advertising laws.

4. Commissions & Payments

• You will earn a commission on qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate link.

• Commission rates and structures will be displayed in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

• Commissions are payable once the order is confirmed, paid in full, and past the refund/chargeback period.

• Payments will be issued through Trolley (or another designated payment provider). Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct.

• Glowco is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect or incomplete affiliate information.

5. Termination & Suspension

Glowco reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account without notice if you:

• Breach these Terms,

• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful practices,

• Attempt to manipulate the Program or misrepresent Glowco.

In the event of termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited at Glowco’s discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

• Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Glowco trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for Program promotion.

• Affiliates may not alter, modify, or misuse Glowco intellectual property.

7. Liability & Indemnification

• Glowco makes no guarantees regarding earnings or affiliate performance.

• Affiliates participate at their own risk.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glowco, its directors, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program.

8. Modification of Terms

Glowco reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
