CalmCarry Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your CalmCarry purchase. If it does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 100 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
Your CalmCarry device must be gently used or unused, clean, and in resellable condition. All original components must be included: the device, charging cable, instruction manual, authenticity card, original box, and foam insert.
Items must be returned in the original packaging. Missing components or damage will prevent us from processing your return.
How to Return:
Email us at shop@theglowcompany.co with "Start return" in the subject line. Include a photo of your product, your full name, and order number.
We will provide return instructions and the appropriate address (US address for US customers, Australian warehouse for all other customers).
You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we suggest using the most efficient postal method available.
If you are having trouble with returning the device, let us know and we will see how we can help.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund for the order cost to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Supplements & Gummies Return Policy
Our sleep gummies and supplements may be returned within 100 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Return Requirements:
Products must be completely unopened with the safety seal fully intact. We cannot accept returns of opened supplement products for health and safety reasons.
First-Time Purchase Exception:
If this is your first purchase of a specific Glowco supplement product and it did not work for you, we will accept the return of one opened bottle per product type.
This exception applies only to first-time purchases of each individual product.
