Freaking amazing. Both my daughter and myself have ADHD and have a hard time shutting our brains off. First time daughter was out before the 20 mins.and I slept so good and it has helped me during the day and helping me stay calm. Definitely a keeper and worth the investment.

I am one of those if I can't try before I buy, I won't buy... but after years of anxiety induced sleepless nights I was willing to try anything. I decided to buy 2 because if I liked it and my 6 yo tried to steal it I had an extra. And I'll tell you it's the best decision I made. I've now had to buy a 3rd for my 9 yo and we all grab them for bed. Within 10 minutes we are all sleeping peacefully. I carry my Calm Carry everywhere. I use it at work when I just need to focus and ground myself. And when I go to bed when my body is ready but my mind won't shut down. I love it. And I hope you will too.

The Calm Carry has been a lifesaver! My son (age 12-ADHD and ASD-level 1) went from having trouble going to sleep to falling asleep within a reasonable amount of time. He asks for it himself and keeps it around his wrist the entire night.

I bought this with not super high expectations. I am one that wakes up multiple times a night with thoughts racing with a calm Karrie I fall back asleep quickly and stay asleep for a longer chunk of time. Only downfall is the strap snapped fairly quickly with the regular use of the company is going to be sending me a new case. Overall, a great product.
