Why is my CalmCarry not turning on?

If your CalmCarry device is not turning on, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Are you holding the power button long enough? Press and hold the power button on the side of the device for at least 3 seconds to turn it on. You should see the indicator lights illuminate when it's powered on.

  1. Is your CalmCarry fully charged? If the indicator light is blinking, please charge your CalmCarry device for 30 minutes using the provided USB cable.
  2. If the power cable is connected to your CalmCarry and the indicator light is still turned off, please contact Glowco customer support at shop@theglowcompany.co
  3. If your CalmCarry is fully charged and still does not turn on after holding the power button for 3 seconds, please contact Glowco customer support for further assistance.

Why is my CalmCarry not charging?

Your CalmCarry comes pre-charged and is shipped with an initial charge to ensure functionality upon arrival. Please see below an overview of how charging works and troubleshooting steps.

Charging Instructions:

  1. If there is no indicator light when you plug in the device, this means it's fully charged. If you unplug the CalmCarry and press the power button, the indicator lights solidly, confirming the battery is full. Please note that you won't be able to turn the device on when plugged in to the charger.
  2. The indicator light will start flashing fast if the battery levels are low, this is the appropriate time to charge your device for 30 minutes.
  3. If you plug in the device to charge from low battery, you would see the indicator light flash.

Try these troubleshooting tips:

  1. Ensure the USB charging cable is firmly inserted into your CalmCarry.
  2. Try a different USB power adapter to ensure it is working properly.
  3. Try a different wall outlet to determine if there is power to the outlet.
  4. When an adapter greater than 5V is used to charge the device, CalmCarry will automatically turn off the charging function and cannot be charged. Please use a 5V adapter to charge the device before it can be charged normally.

  1. Present the cable and adapter that are to be used in charging.
  2. Plug the cable into the charging port then to the outlet.
  3. Focus the camera on the indicator light.
  4. Unplug the cable from the device.
  5. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on your CalmCarry until the indicator lights up.
