What is covered by the limited warranty?

This 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your CalmCarry device when purchased directly from Glowco.

This includes coverage if your device stops working due to manufacturing defects or normal use. Your 1-year limited warranty is valid for you alone, the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred.

If the product was a gift, please obtain a copy of the original receipt or have the original purchaser process the warranty claim on your behalf.

What is NOT covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

This includes water damage or liquid exposure, damage from drops or impacts, damage from improper use or storage, and cosmetic damage that doesn't affect product function.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and device malfunctions to ensure your CalmCarry device works as intended to support your wellness journey.

How long does this limited warranty last?

The limited warranty begins from the date of delivery and expires after one year.

The warranty period is not extended if your device is replaced by Glowco during the warranty period.

What will Glowco do if your device is defective?

If you discover a defect in your CalmCarry device covered by the warranty, before the 1-year warranty period expires, contact Glowco customer support for assistance.

To process your warranty claim, please email us with your full name, order number, and a short video clearly showing the defect of the product.

If we confirm a defect covered by this limited warranty, Glowco will decide whether to replace your device.

If we find that your device is not defective, we will notify you and return the device to you. All limited warranty services must be authorized and performed by Glowco.
