• Estimated delivery times are provided after placing your order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• If we are unable to dispatch your order within the estimated processing time (1-3 business days), we will notify you and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• CalmStore Limited / Glowco International Pty Ltd is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order.
• All fees imposed during or after shipping (e.g., customs, duties, taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages & Lost Orders

• We are responsible for orders until they are successfully delivered.
• If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at shop@theglowcompany.co for a refund or replacement.
• If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and take photographs as this may be required for a claim.

Refunds for Late or Non-Delivered Orders

• If your order is not delivered within 30 days (unless you agreed to a longer timeframe), you may request a full refund under UK, Australian, New Zealand, Canadian, and US consumer law.
