I was a bit skeptic at first about the device but honestly when I put it on my hand it felt really relaxing and after I took it off it was like a massive rush of endorphins. I love how it fits in the palm of your hand and has lots of different settings to find a setting you like. It’s cool that it has different colours so you can pick one you like :)

My 3 year old grandson sometimes gets overstimulated and can become a little unruly especially when he’s tired. They just relocated from California to Hawaii with a major time difference. I got the CalmCarry for both him and my daughter to help her with the long flight alone with 2 small children. It is remarkable how well they work. My grandson holds on to it and we breathe with him for less then 10 minutes and he’s as calm as calm can be. In 15 minutes he is sound asleep. My daughter also loves her’s she says it has really helped her with the adjustment as well.

I am not sure I have the words to describe how much this tiny little thing has helped me. I am 41 and perimenopause hit me like a tonne of bricks - I was exhausted but unable to fall asleep and on top of that I suffered with infuriating nighttime anxiety - I would wake up on the dot at 3am reliving embarrassing moments from my teenage years as if they happened yesterday, and I could be awake for hours. BUT! Now with my CalmCarry it has been like night and day - Going to sleep no longer worries me. I put on a sleep story and my CalmCarry and within 30 minutes I am either asleep or close to it - which is a massive improvement from the two-three hours it used to take. If I wake up in the middle of the night I just start the CalmCarry and I will usually be asleep before the cycle ends.

It did take me several weeks to get use to the sensation so it is not a quick fix - and it is not going to solve all sleep problems on its own - for me it goes hand in hand with a good sleep story and eye mask :) It has been a game changer though and I absolutely could not be without it now :)
