At Glowco, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If your order isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in original condition

• With the safety seal fully intact

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Important: Returns are not accepted for items purchased using discount codes or during sales periods.

3. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address for our Australian warehouse.

4. Return the item via your preferred shipping method.

5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for items that are opened or have a broken safety seal.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we’ll resend your order free of charge.
Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered to the EU, you're entitled to return it within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Return shipping is your responsibility.
