Glowco Supplements Return Policy
At Glowco, we want you to feel confident trying our products. If your order isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unopened, unused, and in original condition, with the safety seal fully intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Returns are not accepted for items purchased using discount codes or during sales periods.
How to Return a Product
Contact us at shop@theglowcompany.co or message us on WhatsApp. This is the fastest way to reach us. Provide your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address for our Australian warehouse. Return the item via your preferred shipping method. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will not be issued for items that are opened or have a broken safety seal.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, we’ll resend your order free of charge. Refunds will not be issued in these cases. Please reach out to us with your order number and supporting photos or tracking details at shop@theglowcompany.co or via WhatsApp for the quickest support.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered to the EU, you are entitled to return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping is your responsibility.
100-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you’re trying Glowco for the first time and are not satisfied with your first order of a product, you are covered by our 100-Day Money Back Guarantee. To qualify, the product must be returned (even if opened) to our Australian warehouse. The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, once per product. Return shipping is at your cost. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
